The name Mancerat draws inspiration from the word Mancera, which echoes manzana, the Spanish word for “apple.” Beyond its origins, Mancerat represents choosing yourself, celebrating individuality through pieces that elevate everyday moments.




We’re proudly based in Texas, USA, curating and designing jewelry with care, quality, and intention.

The apple is our emblem, a symbol of renewal, growth, and self-expression. It’s a reminder that jewelry should reflect who you are and who you’re becoming.

What materials do you use?

We offer a range of high-quality materials including solid gold, gold-filled, vermeil, sterling silver, stainless steel, gemstones, opals, cubic zirconia, and select gold-plated pieces. Each product page lists the exact material.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our gold-filled, vermeil, sterling silver, and stainless steel pieces are all hypoallergenic.

What is the difference between gold-plated, gold-filled, and vermeil?


  • Gold-Plated: A thin layer of gold over a base metal. Great for trend styles.

  • Gold-Filled: A thick, bonded layer of gold that’s much more durable than plating.

  • Gold Vermeil: A thicker layer of gold over sterling silver. Hypoallergenic and long-lasting.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Solid gold, gold-filled, vermeil, and stainless steel do not tarnish with proper care.

Gold-plated items may fade over time — this is normal and expected.

Sterling silver naturally patinas but can easily be polished.


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.


No, at this time we do not. However, please stay tuned as we aim to expand internationally in the near future.


Because we process orders quickly, we can’t always make changes once it’s submitted — but contact us at support@mancerat.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered 24–48 hours early.

  • Around your home

    If it still does not arrive, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

My package is lost in transit.

If the carrier confirms your package is lost, you may receive a replacement or store credit.

Refunds depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

To protect our customers and our brand, all orders are reviewed through automated fraud screening. Orders flagged as high-risk may require identity verification or may be cancelled for your safety.

Orders over $150 may require signature upon delivery.We do not ship to freight forwarding services or unverified addresses.

We encourage you to contact us first — we can resolve nearly all issues quickly.

Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue directly is considered chargeback fraud.

We provide tracking, delivery confirmation, and communication history as evidence to banks when disputes occur.



We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Items marked Final Sale or Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are currently processed as returns — simply return your item and place a new order for your preferred piece.

Store credit is offered for:

  • Gifts without a receipt

  • Items missing part of original packaging

Please email us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund.


Our pieces are made from gold, sterling silver, gold vermeil, and gold-filled, designed for longevity. Tarnishing can occur over time depending on exposure to moisture, perfumes, and lotions


Store jewelry in a cool, dry place and wipe it gently after wear. Avoid contact with water, perfume, or lotion to preserve shine.

Every order arrives carefully wrapped and ready to gift. Our Classic Packaging features a sturdy kraft box lined with soft tissue paper, ideal for everyday elegance. Our Premium Packaging features a black box with a cream-colored interior, designed for an elevated unboxing experience.

We’re currently finalizing optional sleeve add-ons for premium orders — a timeless finishing touch for those gifting something extra special.


No, we never include receipts or prices in any order — every package is gift-ready upon arrival.
