1-Year Quality Guarantee

At Mancerat, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. Your jewelry is designed to be worn and loved, and we proudly offer a 1-Year Quality Guarantee on eligible items.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. If your piece experiences a quality issue within one year, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same item or store credit if the item is no longer available.
Shipping costs for replacement items are the responsibility of the customer.
What’s Covered
This guarantee applies only to issues caused by defects in materials or craftsmanship, such as:
- Defective or faulty clasps
- Broken jump rings or connections (not caused by force)
- Stones detaching due to manufacturing issues
- Chain link failure not caused by pulling
- Premature plating wear under normal conditions (not water or chemical damage)
If approved, you will receive:
👉 A replacement of the same item
👉 Or store credit if the item is discontinued
Customer pays shipping both ways.
What’s Not Covered
The guarantee does not apply to issues caused by normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care. Exclusions include:
- Scratches, dents, or bending
- Tangled, pulled, or forcefully broken chains
- Water, sweat, humidity, perfume, or chemical exposure
- Tarnishing on plated jewelry (normal)
- Wear on gold-plated items from the Under $50 Collection
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced items
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Surface wear accumulated over time
Gold-plated items may wear naturally over time. Only clear manufacturing issues reported within 30 days may qualify.
How to File a Claim
Email us at info@mancerat.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- A short description of what happened
We will review your claim within 1–3 business days.
If approved:
- You will receive instructions for returning the original item
- Customer pays return + replacement shipping
- A replacement will ship once the original item is received
Replacement Terms
- Replacements are one-time per item
- Replacements do not extend the original 1-year guarantee
- If discontinued, store credit equal to the item’s value is offered
- Shipping fees are customer responsibility
