Returns & Refunds
We're committed to helping you find a jewel for every moment — and we want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please submit a request using the link below or email us at info@mancerat.com with your order number.
How to Start a Return

Submit your return request through your account or by emailing support@mancerat.com.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and shipping details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or issue store credit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or you may opt for store credit.
Please allow 3–7 business days after receipt of your return for processing.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

In original packaging (box, pouch, care card, tags, etc.)

Returned within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or are outside the return window.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items

In original condition and packaging
Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless you received the wrong product.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a prepaid label is offered, its cost may be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.
If preferred, you may choose store credit instead, which never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Gifts & Store Credit
Gifted items are eligible for store credit only.
If you received a gift and need to return it, please include the order number or the purchaser’s name when contacting support.
Store Credit Issued when:
- The return request is after 14 days but before 30
- Packaging is incomplete
- Items were gifts
- Items were on sale
- The customer prefers store credit
