Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery address accuracy.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with a carrier investigation.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Store credit or replacement may be issued depending on investigation results.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package was not received, please:
- Check mailbox, porches, lockers
- Check with neighbors
- Wait 24–48 hours for carrier updates
- Contact us for assistance
